Lithium Battery Insulating Tape
This electrolyte-resistant insulating tape uses polyester substrate coated with electrolyte-resistant acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. It provides insulation protection for positive/negative electrodes and terminal parts of lithium batteries. The polyester protective film shields the aluminum-plastic film during liquid injection, sealing and formation processes of pouch batteries against contamination, scratches and punctures.

Reliable adhesion, preventing tape shifting or bubbling that affects battery appearance. 3. Inert to electrolyte, no increase in internal resistance for guaranteed battery safety. 4. Good compatibility with aluminum-plastic film without bubbling. The tape features excellent puncture resistance, wear resistance and heat resistance, leaving no residue after removal.
